《台灣中醫兒童暨青少年科醫學會雜誌》由台灣中醫兒童暨青少年科醫學會創刊，為中醫兒科專業學術性期刊。 本雜誌將於2021年6月出版第一期創刊號，一年兩期，於每年六月與十二月採Open Access線上電子出版，刊載經同儕審查通過與中醫兒科相關之學術論文，本刊為「中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練主要訓練診所評比辦法學術期刊研究論文發表認定範圍建議清單」之期刊，並列為本會辦理「中醫兒科專科醫師甄審」筆試加分之依據。
《台灣中醫兒童暨青少年科醫學會雜誌》收載：與中醫兒科相關之基礎及臨床研究、病例報告、及回顧性學術研究論文。歡迎各位專家學者踴躍投稿。
